Meet Ms. Sturdivant
Hello! I am absolutely thrilled to be your child’s first-grade teacher. My classroom is a vibrant community where curiosity is our compass and every student is encouraged to explore, wonder, and grow at their own pace. I believe that building a strong connection with both students and parents is the first step toward a successful school year.
I bring over a decade of teaching experience and a deep passion for early literacy to our Room 104 community. My teaching style is hands-on and nurturing; I believe children learn best when they are actively engaged in discovery and play. Parents can expect open communication and a true partnership—I look forward to sharing weekly "adventure logs" and working closely with you to ensure this year is a magical foundation for your child’s educational journey!
